🔌 DIAGNOSTICS & SOFTWARE FOCUS
Automotive Technicians
- Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in German vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with factory-level diagnostic software & scan tools (e.g., XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, etc.).
- Strong expertise in complex electrical troubleshooting, ECU/module programming, and CAN-bus networks.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex drivability issues, fault codes, and electronic systems.
🔧 MECHANICAL & HARDWARE FOCUS
Automotive Mechanics
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience with German automotive standards.
- Expertise in engine dismantling/rebuilds, transmission servicing, and timing chain/belt replacements.
- High proficiency in suspensions, brake systems, steering, and routine mechanical maintenance.
- Skilled in using specialized OEM tools, precision torque specs, and mechanical equipment.
